Orders are processed & shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day (see list of holidays below). Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process before it will ship. Shipping times are estimates. KimYuan is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather or natural disasters.
Cancel and return your order
Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply to the following items：

Only the price paid on the website will be refunded and no refunds will be given of any taxes, charges or other charges imposed on the order by your country of residence, customs or authorities. Kim Yuan is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping, returned products are only accepted for tracking shipping.

Returns due to delivery errors
If the product delivered to you has quality problems or is not the product you ordered, please contact our customer service in time. Please note that if there is a problem with the product quality, you need to provide us with clear photo evidence of the original product. On the other hand, when a product is damaged in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, which can only be replaced if we have the item in stock, in other cases, you will receive a refund. Kim Yuan is not responsible for any returns lost in transit to us.
If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within 28 days from the date you have received the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on swimwear and intimate apparel.
- 1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- 2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- 3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
- 4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your SHEIN wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
30-day Buyer Protection
If the item arrives late, you are not satisfied with the product or not as described and you can get a refund. Buyer protection begins the day the seller ships the goods.
Money Back Guarantee
If the product is not as described, For example, if the product size is not suitable, you can initiate a refund on the platform.
Refund in 15 Days
- 1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- 2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
- 3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- 4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- 5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- 6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- 7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-SHEIN products .
